Evaporated smell from the toilet's drains badly disturbed while taking a shower, or whenever the toilet's door was unclosed.

Fantastic location, staff super friendly and helpful. Lovely stay indeed, and can't wait to come back.

There was only a couple of very Minor things about my stay. Firstly there was half eaten food leftover in the fridge from the previous guest, not a big deal. Secondly, the aircon is better than nothing, but could possibly run a little colder.

During my stay at Hotel Amber Sukhumvit 85 I was delighted by several aspects, including the comfortable room, the convenient location, and the delectable breakfast. The highlight for me was the exceptionally soft bed, which provided a luxurious and restful night's sleep. It was a true delight to sink into the plush mattress and snuggle up in the cozy linens. Additionally, the staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Their warm and accommodating nature added to the overall positive experience, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest.

While my overall experience at the hotel was enjoyable, there were a couple of aspects that left something to be desired. Firstly, the bathroom in my room had noticeable water stains, which detracted from the overall cleanliness and aesthetic appeal. It would have been preferable to have a spotless and well-maintained bathroom. Secondly, the walls of the hotel were quite thin, which resulted in a lack of privacy. Conversations and noises from neighboring rooms could be easily heard, which could be disruptive and intrusive at times. Improved soundproofing would have greatly enhanced the comfort and tranquility of the stay.

Gym and pool close relatively early (around 6pm). Ongoing renovation works during stay.

The hairdryer was broken. After I contact the front desk, asking to change a new one, I waiting for more than 30mins to get the staff’s response. The reaction was too slow.

Clean , nice , modern room . Short walk to the Main Street and BTS Onnut -5-10 minutes. Room was upgraded to Deluxe from Superior. Good stay

Exhaust fan in the bathroom was too loud and could not be switched off- annoying .

Every year I go 2 times to @mind. Now, there were works in the hotel Breakfast was very very poor, the bread was old, no croissants, no pancakes A television is playing all night in the corridor, very loud next time another hotel and not booking via booking.com

1. I booked 4 rooms with different guest names. My booking stressed about the "BED preference: Deluxe Double Room: 2 singles" 2. I've changed a new guest name before I checked-in the hotel and also received a successful feedback. CONFIRMATION NUMBER: 3463.496.425. My friend arrived the hotel earlier than I made the check-in time at 21:00 to 22:00, but the front desk staff said that they don't have such booking even she showed them the booking confirmation. After she argued a lot of time and finally, the staff accepted her booking. I don't know why they will have such arrangement? 3. When I checked-in and showed the other 3 rooms booking confirmation, the front desk staff provided the room only had a large bed type. She said that we WERE LATE to check-in so they didn't have "2 single beds" but I said that we made booking to require the bed type must be 2-SINGLE BEDS and this was our main point while I made booking with this hotel! The front desk staff said that she didn't know in between Booking.com and I how to deal these 3 rooms, she only knew that she could give us a large bed type at this moment. I don't understand why this hotel ignored customer who's requirement and they didn't reserved 3 rooms with 2-single beds for the customer who confirmed to check-in at 21:00-22:00, why? Hi Booking.com, would you like to share a bed sleeping with some ordinary friends? I absolutely not! 4. Generally, all beds were not comfortable. I guessed all are old beds even though the room change new look! *I hope Booking .com needs to discuss with Amber Sukhumvit Hotel about their front desk staff how to arrange guest check-in requirements and how to reserve customer's booking requirement. I found the front desk staff is failed to arrange properly.

The room was renovated and modern with lots of cable channels and a nice shower.

BE Aware!!This building is under complete renovation and the construction makes for a very bad stay. Many guests were complaining about the loud noises. The hotel must let customers know this before coming because it is a problem. Also the refrigerator in the rooms are cheap and poorly made and do not cool your beverages.

The hotel is nice and clean. Spacious and comfortable rooms. At the moment of my stay renovation work was going on without much disturbance. With a BTS close you are fast in the town center. Breakfast choice was ok.
